Event Learning Opportunity: Create cool looking badges like these for your next event (in fact, copy what we’re doing here). Tell all your speakers and event VIPs to place these on their web sites. Ask your attendees to do the same thing. It’s a great way to increase the awareness of your events.
The Buzz 2009 event did this with great success. Did you know the SocialFish team sold out the event in two months with social media and word of mouth marketing alone? One tool were these web stickers, badges, pieces of flair. whatever you want to call them.
